Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If you cancel your reservation 7 (seven) nights or more before your arrival date, the 30% deposit paid for the reservation will be fully refunded.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 7 (seven) nights before your arrival date, the 30% reservation fee will not be refunded.

We would like to inform you that the establishment always charges the minimum stay required according to the season.

Our cancellation policy does not contemplate date changes.

Refund Policy

The total refund will be reimbursed through the most suitable means determined by Camping Doñana, deducting transaction costs incurred for the operation.
